Living Trusts

Trusts can ease some tax burdens for spouses and beneficiaries, as well provide for charitable donations for any portion of the client’s estate.

Trusts can also provide for the care of minor children or other dependants, and even beloved family pets.

Trusts most often are not processed through the Probate Court, which saves time and expense for one’s beneficiaries.

Ms. Brennan wants to educate her clients on all their options, and empower them to make the best choices for their own unique situation.

Wills

Wills are another estate panning option. A Will, properly constructed, can allow the donor to distribute assets according to his or her wishes.

Wills often need to be processed through the Probate Court, which can add expense and delay in the distribution of assets and gifts.

Ms. Brennan wants to ensure her clients understand all the options, and allows them to make the choice of estate panning tools which is best for them.
